What is this service? +
A free, in-building clothing pickup. You bag your unwanted clothes, leave them at your door or a designated area, and we collect during the scheduled window. No drop-offs, no hassle.
Is this a donation? +
This is a convenience-based pickup service, not a formal donation program. We make it easy to pass along clothing you no longer need so it gets reused rather than thrown away. There are no tax receipts — the value is in effortless decluttering and keeping clothes out of landfills.
Is it really free? +
Yes — 100% free. No cost to schedule, no hidden fees, no minimum bag count. Ever.
What types of clothing do you accept? +
We accept all types of clothing for adults and children — tops, bottoms, dresses, coats, shoes, and accessories. Items should be clean and reasonably wearable. Please hold onto anything heavily damaged, moldy, or soiled beyond use.
Do I need to sort or prepare anything? +
Not at all. Any bag, any box — garbage bags, tote bags, cardboard, all fine. Just make sure you've checked through it before leaving it out. No sorting, no folding, no labels needed.
What if I accidentally include something I want back? +
We always recommend double-checking your bags before placing them out. If something comes up quickly after pickup, reach out by phone or email as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
How quickly can I get scheduled? +
We typically confirm within 24–48 hours of your request and work with your schedule to find a window that works. We service Rittenhouse Square and Center City on a regular weekly route, with additional areas on an expanding schedule.
I manage a property. How does this work? +
We coordinate directly with you to set up a recurring pickup schedule that fits your building — whether that's a designated drop area, a specific pickup day, or on-demand requests. We provide simple flyer copy for your residents and handle all logistics from there.

Closet Concierge Philly was built around a frustrating truth: most people want to do the right thing with their old clothes — they just never get around to it.

The bag sits on the floor for weeks. It ends up in the trash. Another perfectly good garment goes to a landfill not because anyone intended it to, but because the trip to a donation center never made it to the top of the list.

We started this to solve exactly that. By coming directly to your building, we make it as easy as possible to keep clothing in circulation and out of landfills — no trips, no drop-off hours, no effort beyond a bag by the door.
